据意大利《Il Sole 24 Ore》报道，意大利枪械制造商贝雷塔即将把在美国同行 Sturm Ruger 的持股比例从 10% 提高至 25%，并可任命两名董事会成员。Sturm Ruger 此前宣布双方合作协议的监管条件已满足。
According to Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore, Beretta is set to launch a bid to raise its stake in Sturm Ruger to 25% from 10% and would be able to appoint two board members. Sturm Ruger had said regulatory conditions for its cooperation agreement were satisfied.
