印度支付管理机构宣布，自 10 月 15 日起，对通过 UPI 向商户支付且金额超过 2000 卢比的交易收取 0.4% 费用，结束六年多免费支付时代。费用不得转嫁给消费者，小型商户、农村及半城市二维码支付等可豁免。
India's payments authority will charge a 0.4% fee from Oct 15 on UPI merchant transactions above 2,000 rupees, ending over six years of free payments. The fee cannot be passed to consumers, with exemptions for small merchants and rural QR payments.
