台风“苏德尔”在福建、广东引发暴雨和洪涝，多地停课停运并实施应急措施，福建已转移超 8.3 万人，莆田有人员失踪。该台风为今年第七个登陆中国，气象部门称其路径罕见并与厄尔尼诺有关。
Typhoon Saudel triggered torrential rain and flooding in China's southern coastal provinces, closing schools, suspending transport and forcing mass evacuations, with some missing in Putian. It is the seventh typhoon to hit China this year and has a rare path linked to El Niño.
