法国将于 8 月 11 日起禁止未经消费者事先同意的电话营销，个人和企业违规每次最高分别可罚 7.5 万欧元和 37.5 万欧元。新法也引发摩洛哥对呼叫中心就业的担忧。
France will ban unsolicited telemarketing calls from Aug. 11, requiring prior consumer consent and allowing fines of up to 75,000 euros per individual call and 375,000 euros per company call. Morocco warned the measure could put call-center jobs at risk.
