Citizen Lab says former European lawmaker Stelios Kouloglou, who served on the EU’s PEGA surveillance inquiry, was hacked at least three times with NSO Group’s Pegasus spyware between October 2022 and March 2023. The researchers did not identify the operator behind the attacks.
