South Korea’s KOSPI sank 9.99% on Tuesday, its biggest daily drop in more than three months, after regulators warned about leveraged ETFs and overseas investors sold chip stocks. Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix each fell more than 12%, triggering a 20-minute market-wide halt.
