消息人士称，中国地炼多年来首次以较布伦特升水的价格购买伊朗原油，因油价下跌、利润改善且炼厂获得新进口配额。至少两家山东东营炼厂本周以每桶较ICE布伦特升水1.50至2美元购入伊朗轻质原油。
