消息人士称，因印度面临数十年来最严重的燃气危机，印度近期按个案批准豁免，允许一艘约30年船龄的LPG船和一艘受美国制裁的油轮运送伊朗货物进入港口。官员称，只有符合安全参数的船只才会被考虑。
Sources said India, facing its worst gas crisis in decades, granted case-by-case waivers for an aging LPG tanker and a U.S.-sanctioned crude tanker carrying Iranian cargoes to enter and unload at its ports. Officials said only ships meeting safety parameters were considered.
