The U.S. EIA said fuel prices could keep rising for months even after the Strait of Hormuz reopens, as full restoration of flows may take months and supply uncertainty could keep oil above pre-conflict levels. It sees April gasoline averaging $4.30 a gallon and diesel $5.80.
